State of Colorado - GLO PARK

Corion assisted the State of Colorado team on several aspects of the project including helping to craft the invitation to negotiate for developers, the vision components and design elements, and the developer selection criteria. In addition, Corion assisted the State team in identifying and contacting prospective developers, selecting the developer, analyzing and evaluating the underwriting and economics of the project, refining site plans and design elements, and negotiating the ground lease.
