Doheny Eye Institute

On behalf of the Doheny Eye Institute, Corion and Newmark completed the $57 million sale of +/-75,000 square-foot, four-story life sciences building in the heart of University of Southern California’s Health Science Campus, directly adjacent to USC Norris Hospital. Corion worked closely with the owner and Newmark to position the property to a target buyer community and managed the transaction process to achieve a record price for this highly specialized life science property.
