It has been an exciting and wining past few weeks for the NASCAR organization. Most recently the company enjoyed the thrilling victory of it's latest Cup Series champion, Joey Logano and Team Penske. As this marked the second Cup Championship for the driver, Corion is excited to share that the second stage of the EIR Process for the 6.6 million square foot ACS Logistics Center, being developed by NASCAR & Hillwood, achieved approval by the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors last week with a 6-0 vote. The NASCAR ACS site is the #1 industrial location in the country near the intersection of the I-10 & I-15 freeways in the Inland Empire West ("IEW").

The Hillwood / NASCAR team have taken great pains and made exceptional commitments to satisfy many stakeholders from all areas of the community, particularly the local union workers, residents and environmental groups to ensure that what will hopefully become the country’s most sophisticated, LEED certified, and environmentally sensitive logistics center, it will be built and operated by skilled members of local trade unions.
